The Pool

50 metres. Eight lanes. Fully outdoors, under the Sydney Harbour Bridge. A 60% saltwater mix, heated year-round, open year-round, so the water’s ready whenever you are. A pool boom lets us reshape the space on demand, so there’s more room for more lap swimmers. Lane hire available.

Opening Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 9:00pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am to 6:30pm.

Change Rooms

Right alongside the outdoor pool, our ground-floor change rooms have showers, toilets, changing spaces, heated flooring and Dyson hair dryers. A family change room is also available on this floor, plus outdoor showers.

The outdoor pool is fitted with an access ramp, and a mobile pool hoist is also available.
