The Pool

Hire a lane for proper training, or drop in for a shorter lap swim on your own time. Like our outdoor pool, it’s a 60% saltwater mix, heated year-round and open year-round. Our Sharks Swimming Lesson levels and Junior Swim Squads are also hosted here.

You’ll find our indoor lap pool on Level 3.

Opening Hours

  • Monday to Friday, 5:30am to 9:00pm.
  • Saturday and Sunday, 7:00am to 6:30pm.

Change Rooms

There’s a change room on this floor with showers, bathrooms and changing spaces, plus a family change room. We also have a dedicated adult accessible changing space with a hoist.

The indoor 25-metre lap pool is fitted with an access ramp, and a mobile pool hoist is also available.
